What do I do?
In a nutshell, I provide a safe and controlled set and setting for people to explore themselves and their experiences more deeply.
What is Unique about it?
We do this work in relationship with each other.
This means that before we delve into deeper waters, we develop the foundations of a secure regulated relationship. Doing this work beforehand allows us - and more importantly, our nervous systems, to stay in connection and regulated when hard things surface.
Ground
We do our work in one of two adjoining spaces.
The bigger space is at ground level and is suitable for solo explorations or small groups.
Nature is close-by in this room. East and west facing windows bookend the space and the view is that of trees, plants and fields.
(In) Ground
The smaller room is suitable for individual journeys.
Although big windows allow for the distinct sense that nature is nearby you are held by the earth as the space is just below ground level.
