I’m trained as a PhD in Experimental Social Psychology. Please know that this is different than a clinical psychologist - I am not a therapist.

Am actively involved in practicum learning for Somatic Relational Trauma-informed Practices for Medicine-Assisted Facilitation

I’ve completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training

I am trauma informed

I am somatics informed

I have been engaged in my own deep healing work for a few years now - both with and without medicines

I’m in my late 40s

I live on a small acreage at the edge of Calgary (this is also where my studio is located)

I’ve been married for almost 25 years

I love dogs

I knit for pleasure and for those I love

Cooking and cleaning bring me joy

I garden extensively in the summer months

I’m a really kind human
